Aaron Rosen

Aaron Rosen is a professor of religious studies specializing in the potential of art to facilitate interfaith dialogue. His 2019 book Brushes with Faith includes the essay “A Tribe of His Own: Jeffrey Rubinoff’s Jewish Identity,” originally commissioned by James Fox as a chapter in the anthology The Art of Jeffrey Rubinoff. The essay was also published in Jewish Quarterly, 60:2, pp. 22–29.
While resolutely rejecting religion as a viable basis for human spiritual maturation, Rosen nevertheless identifies theological resonances within Rubinoff’s work and writings.
